Gluten Free Granola Recipe!

A new favorite in our house! Thank you to my sister-in-law for a few yummy recipes!! We had to share them! :)


Gluten Free Granola

*This recipe is doubled
½ C. OLIVE OIL
½ C. honey
2tsp vanilla
4 c. oats
2/3 c. sunflower seeds (raw and unsalted)
1 c. raw almonds chopped (optional)
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2 c. dry fruit

Preheat oven to 325
In small saucepan, combine oil, honey and vanilla.
Stir over low heat until combined, about 1-2 min
Combine oats, seeds, almonds and spices directly on 11x7 jelly roll pan
Bake for 10-12 min. or until golden brown, stirring and spreading every 3 min.
Mix in Fruit

The Ingredients I used

Stirring it all together (adding the liquid onto the the dry ingredients)
